Ready to enjoy a cabin with lake privileges and walking distance to downtown Twain Harte? Look no further, this is it!!

Our sweet cabin is a five-minute walk to downtown Twain Harte with
shopping, restaurants, and a multitude of happening events. Imagine,
you can walk to the golf course,tennis courts, skateboard park, kids
park, miniature golf, in just minutes. The calendar of events in the
park is unending!!

Twain Harte Lake is a peaceful, private lake just perfect for
swimming, diving, and hanging out on the beach and just a little
over a mile from your front door, plus you will be able to enjoy
full lake membership privileges, including free swimming lessons in
July; check the link for dates. (Fishing at this lake is only for
kids 14 and under.)

Soaring ceilings, knotty pine, cedar, new hardwood floors, open
beams, wood stove (wood provided), cabin decor throughout; this is a truly charming cabin.

A step back in the past while you enjoy all the modern conveniences: dishwasher, disposal, fully-equipped kitchen,washer and dryer, central heat, swamp cooler, phone and cable TV/VCR/DVD.

All this and two full bathrooms, plus a little bunk room that the kids just love.

The first bedroom has a king-size and double-size bed. The second
bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. It also has a small,
adjoining room with two twin beds, just perfect for the kids.

We supply blankets and pillows; BRING YOUR OWN: SHEETS,
PILLOWCASES,
BATHROOOM AND KITCHEN TOWELS, CHARCOAL, TOILETRIES, AND CALLING CARD.

Amenities: Fireplace, Phone, 2 Cable TVs,DVD player in the living
room; VCR player in the bedroom; Full Kitchen, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, 2 Full
Bathrooms, Washer & Dryer, Charcoal Barbeque, secluded
deck. No Smoking in the cabin. Pet Friendly!!

Thank you for letting us stay at your sweet cabin in the woods! We
had a relaxing week, and our dog was thrilled to be taken
on "vacation". She enjoyed her time exploring and playing in the
outdoors. We, of course, returned to some of our favorites, such as
the lake, golf course, and THE SPORTSMAN CAFE. We often dream of
moving up here.

Holiday Rates ......$180/night (3 night minimum)

Bring your pet...inquire. (You need to agree to the Pet Policy.)
Cleaning Fee: $70. $300 to reserve dates...balance due 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Fee: $25 (appliable towards next stay)
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the reservation date are fully refundable less a $25
cancellation fee. Guests canceling fewer than 30 days in advanced may be responsible for the basic
cabin rental fee (no extra person fees, no cleaning fees) if the cabin cannot be rented. If the cabin does rent, there is a $25 cancellation fee only that can be used as credit towards your next stay.
