Prime Upper Silver Lake location!  Sandy Private beach (no seawall), Lot's of parking for friends and family. Dock for fishing. All sports lake. Bring your boat and dock it in front of the cottage.

Master bedroom has a king bed (or 2 twin beds, which ever you prefer), 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a set of bunk beds.  Living room has pull out couch with a queen mattress, and a futon the pulls out.

Bring your camper and hook up to electric and water, (sorry no clean out) Only $100 extra per week for camper (utility cost). We can provide the camper too for only $500 extra per week.

Rent a Jeep Wrangler $1,000 for the week $1,000 deposit. Unlimited dune use. Fits 2 adults and 3 children. 

Rent 50cc scooters $200 for the week or rent 2 for $300. $150 each additional 6 available. (gas included!)(30mph)-cruise the local lakes and scoot out to the Lake Michigan lighthouse.

Silver lake sand dunes (2 Minute drive)(entrance directly across lake).

$500 per weekend September to May. (Thurs. 6pm - Sunday 9pm)

Spring break special: March 30 Sat.-April 7 Sun. 8 days for only $700 (dunes open April 1)

$1000 First week of June (June 1-8) SPECIAL!

$1200 per week for June. (includes pontoon boat)

$1600 per week July and August. (includes pontoon boat)

Labor day weekend options: Aug.24-Sept. 2 (9 days for $1900) OR Aug. 31-Sept.2 ($500)

VERY LOW $200 security deposit required upon reservation.

1/2 of total required 60 days in advance.

Deposit and total rental price required 30 days in advance.

No refunds  if cancelled with in 30 days. 1/2 refund with in 60 days. Full refund if over 60 days before rental date.

Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED (we will keep the entire $200 deposit)
