This studio condo with high ceilings and expansive windows sits at the base of the South Haven Draw Bridge. Perfect for two, the condo can easily accomodate up to four guests. The full sized kitchen has brand new appliances, a sitting area with a comfortable couch and flat screen TV with cable and a semi private sleeping area. Centrally located, it's a short walk to the Dyckman Beach or Downtown. So convenient to everything, you can park your car and put the keys away for the entire week! Relax with your favorite beverage on the two tierd community deck which over looks the harbor, and watch the constant parade of boats. There's no better place to be on a sunny day, unless you want to go to the BEACH of course!
The Colonial is a historic South Haven land mark providing easy access to everything South Haven has to offer! South Haven is a small resort town located on Lake Michigan, with sunsets, hiking, bike riding, shopping and fine restaurants at your finger tips.
