Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully appointed, 1350 square foot condo located on the 8th 
fairway of the Palmer Private Golf Course. Single story 2 bedroom 2 
bath inside private gated community. Watch the sunrise and the 
golfers from the patio. Barbeque in a separate west facing courtyard. 
Pool and spa just steps away. Adjoining 3 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit 
condo(sleeps 7) available for larger groups.

The condo offers sleeping for 5 with newer twin and king beds. Look 
for TV’s in all rooms and stereo system. Work station complete with 
DSL/wireless and a combination printer, scanner, copier, fax.

PGA West offers 3 public courses and the new La Quinta city course 
Silver Rock Ranch is just outside the PGA West entrance. La Quinta 
offers several 
fine restaurants and shops at Old Town and close by shopping centers.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, 
fully appointed kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, linens provided, 
washer/dryer, we bar, gas BBQ, double car garage. No smoking. Pets by 
approval only (require larger deposit).
