This waterfront home has water on both sides: Bayfront and canal
front (for safe harbor docking of your boat). The main floor
features a large living room , dining area, kitchen with breakfast
bar, master bedroom, den with sleeper sofa, and bath with 2 separated
sink areas. The living room faces the bay with sliding glass doors
opening to an outside deck. The dining room also faces the bay and
has sliding glass doors opening to a screened-in deck with table and
chairs for outside dining. The kitchen also faces the bay and has
a pass-thru window to the screened dining area.
The elevator brings you up from the ground level to the kitchen
(great for carrying up luggage or groceries).
The second floor upstairs features a master "loft"
bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath with sit-down make-up area,
and sundeck overlooking the bay.

The ground area of this piling/stilt home provides covered parking,
picnic table, gas BBQ grill, enclosed storage area, and takes you
out
to the water via your own private fishing pier and dock. You can
load the elevator and travel from here up to the kitchen. The house
is fully furnished. and has INTERNET ACCESS.  The kitchen is fully equipped: ice maker,
micro, dishwasher, washer and dryer, small ironing board and iron,
++. Central air/heat, phone, cable TV (3), dvd, Stereo with CD
player. Loft has king-sized bed, master bedroom has two twins, and
den sleeper sofa is queen-size, plus a twin rollaway in upstairs
closet. No pets please. Smoking outdoors only please.

Walking distance to: The Fishingest Bridge. Boating, kayak and canoe
rentals available in town. Fishing, biking, golfing, village
shopping, art stores, local seafood restaurants.
Minutes away you can enjoy: Sun Splash Water Park, Greenwell's
park (batting cages, go-cart tracks, arcade, game room, paintball
park, water tag, 4000 sq ft maze, playground, and miniature golf).
Royal Tee Country Club (27 hole championship course, driving range,
tennis, golf instruction and pro shop). The "Edison and Ford" Winter
Estates. The German-American Club which hosts the "Octoberfest"
and "Mangomania" every year.
Busch Gardens is approx 2 hours away. Tampa/Orlando approx 3-4
