Cozy cottage located on the first block and within steps of Midway Beach, Seaside Park, NJ. This family orientated community provides the feeling of home away from home.  Three full size bedrooms with twin loft, sleeps 7.  2 Separate half baths with indoor and outdoor showers.  Central air and heat.  Full galley kitchen, living room/dining area and outside deck with gas grill.

Fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV (cable), DVD, CD player/stereo, central air and heat.  Two bedrooms with TV. Parking for up to 3 cars.  Private deck with local flora.  Indoor and outdoor showers with two half baths inside keep the bathrooms open for use while showering at the same time. Midway Beach Association has family orientated activities while the Seaside Heights/Park attractions are located a short distance away.

Only steps away from the ocean.  Walk the Boardwalk to Casino Pier or Funtown Pier, Breakwater Beach and walking/biking distance to Island Beach State Park.  Bea Lea Public Golf Course is a five minute drive away. All have internet addresses which may be found in an easy search.  Many restaurants nearby as well.

Perfect Vacation due to Perfect Ownership!

From day one, the owners of this property were easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. When arriving they were down to earth and the home is the same way. It is so modern, which is ideal down the shore. The rental amount is 100% fair for a week to get to enjoy this perfect house. I will definitely rent from this owner again just to deal with the again. It could be a tent on the beach and they would find a way to make it cozy!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Home away from home!

We love this place! Location, location, location! Comfortable and obviously well kept. It has all the necessities and extras like AC, a great deck with a grill, nice yard, inside and outdoor showers :-) the 'quiet boards' at the end of the street. So close to the beach that you can walk back for the bathroom after swimming/playing/eating/drinking all day! ;-) Great neighborhood that can be peaceful or you can make your vacation more action packed. Island Beach State Park, Seaside Heights Boardwalk, lots of entertainment and good food are just a walk, bike ride, or short drive away. We have been going to this cottage for years and there are always improvements. I hope to return every year.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

Owners response: Thank for the review. However, we are no longer pet friendly, due to the risk factor of allergies to any person who may enter the Cottage.
