3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath, Hacienda style newly renovated colonial in Historic Center (Santa Ana.) On a very quiet street, has the feel of colonial Mexico with all modern conveniences. Bright, open, airy, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Bedrooms equipped with ACs, digital TVs, overhead fans and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with a double bed, all with handmade Mexican wrought iron. 56 inch digital TV with DVD player in living room. Wi-Fi/high-speed wireless internet throughout the house.
Large, covered patio overlooks the 12ft. x 20ft pool and includes breakfast nook. Dining-room seats 10. Kitchen appliances all new and modern, include dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, blender, toaster oven, etc. Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.
