Comtemporary Cape with modern open kitchen to the dining and living room with cathedral ceilings and charming wooden rafters. All rooms have sliding glass doors walking out onto the large raised deck or the lawn below. The house is located on one of New Seabury's Bright Coves which is a short scenic boat ride to Popponesset Bay, The Spit and the open ocean. If you are looking to have your boat, larger boats included, on the edge of the property then this is the house for you. New dock has power and water. If you do not have a boat, the house comes with a canoe and many people use canoes and ocean kayaks to explore the waters. Master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a separate den with a queen sleeper. Pets are welcome on family vacations!

First and foremost the dock and the water views. The house has a full cable package including wireless internet, 4 televisions. The deck has a gas grill and deck furniture. There is a level grass yard for children. The house is close to Popponesset Beach and the New Seabury Marketplace which offers restaurants and shopping with free concerts in the summer. The Popponesset Inn is close by for great meals and a busy bar. Bike riding and jogging paths very accessible. Just a few miles from Mashpee Commons with great shopping, restaurants and a cinema.

Being on the water, the ocean is the main attraction. great boating options including canoeing and kayaking. There are rentals at the New Seabury Marina which is walking distance. Bicycling to the Popponesset Beach, New Seabury Marketplace and around New Seabury is a favorite. The New Seabury Marketplace is a wonderful asset with a restaurant, the Raw Bar, mini golf, pizza, candy, ice cream and free concerts in the summer. Right next door is The Popponesset Inn for excellent sea food with a view of the ocean and an active bar scene. If you have access to the Club, there are two champion golf courses, tennis and the beach club. Mashpee Commons is close by with great out door shopping, markets, restaurants and a cinema.
