You won't want to leave the house. Ottens Harbor is just outside the back door and down the spiral staircase. Swimming, boating, kayaks (included), fishing, crabbing, floating in the harbor while enjoying a beverage, sunning on the roof top deck, eating crabs on the deck, grilling fresh seafood, walk to many bars and restaurants, enjoy the breezes, and so much more. This house has everything you will want, and more. There are four large bedrooms, 3.5 baths (master has a shower for two), premium cable channels, free internet, linens included (you bring towels please), and your pup may be welcomed to stay with you. No one wants to leave once they arrive. This home is great for two families to share. There is lots of living area, both inside and out. Weekend rentals are available for $2500 for 3 nights. Comfortably sleeps 10 people.
This home is rented only to families, or to groups over the age of 25.

This deposit will be applied toward your rental payment and is non-refundable. Balance of rental payment, plus breakage and cleaning deposit, is required 30 days before check-in.
