Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed vacation, you'll find it here at
our beautifully decorated home in the award-winning resort of Bear Trap Dunes. We are located in the
Town of Ocean View...just 3 miles from Bethany Beach.

Traveling with kids? No need to pack much! We have lots of toys and games to keep them entertained!

3 Bedrooms:
You won't find a cramped twin size bed at our place! All our bedrooms have large beds for maximum
comfort and plenty of room to sprawl...perfect for golfers and large families. Each bedroom is
equipped with a color TV with remote, DVD player, and ceiling fan. The 1st floor Master Bedroom has a King size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a jack-and-jill
bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen and Full size bed and the other has a Queen.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
You'll find everything you need to make a gourmet meal, should you desire to cook. Kitchen table
seats 6 and the counter seats 3. There is also an extra folding table and chairs, if you need them.

Family Room:
Our family room has plenty of comfortable seating with two full size sofas and a loveseat. One sofa
converts to a sleeper should you need more bedding. You'll also enjoy the large color TV/DVD player
and cozy gas fireplace. Feel like curling up to a good book or movie? Feel free to use one of ours
during your stay.

Outdoor Living:
At the end of a busy day, enjoy the beautiful pond views in the backyard from the screened porch that
leads to the deck and the grill. If you prefer, sit out on the front porch with a cold drink and
watch the kids play in the large grassy area located directly across the street. Our townhouse is
nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac for maximum privacy and relaxation!

Miscellaneous:
Pack lightly and use our convenient washer and dryer. Linens available upon request for a nominal fee of $20. There is also a one car garage to store all your beach items, bikes, golf clubs, etc. Our home is equipped with free Wireless Internet service...just bring your own laptop.

May 1 through May 25 - $179 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Note: Cleaning Fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.

Summer Rental Rates - Saturday to Saturday Only (cleaning fee included):
May 26 through Jun 29 - $1395
Jun 30 through Aug 24 - $1695
Aug 25 through Sept 14 - $1395

Fall/Winter Rental Rates - 2 Night Minimum:
Sept 15 through Oct 15 - $179 per night + $100 cleaning fee

We arrived to a beautiful place that is well-maintained and clean. It has everything you need; well equipped kitchen, outside grill, patio chairs and tables, rockers on the front porch, sand chairs, boogie boards, toys, games,dvds, books and friendly neighbors. We were a group of four adults but if you had children the property was well suited to children. The neighborhood made it easy for those who want to jog or walk. The beach shuttle was very close and everything we needed was within a short drive. The property backs up to a grassy area so it was very pleasant sitting out on the deck.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway

We had no trouble locating the house. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hooked up to internet with no problem. We had a slight problem with the refrigerator, but landlord came over to fix it as soon as I called, and, brought over sheets to sofa bed that the cleaning people didn't leave. Could have used more bath towels for 10 people. Plenty of pots,pans,dishes, etc. Very quite neighborhood. Everyone very friendly. Pools were clean and temperature was just right. Granddaughter made friends at kiddie pool. Took the shuttle one day to beach. Waited 45 min for shuttle. Plenty of eating places. Supermarket close by. Lots of out door markets. Played Tennis,golf,ping pong,swam, and used exercise room. We all enjoyed our vacation at Bear Trap Dunes. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice pleasant home for a great week at the beach

When we arrived, the house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable and has a nice quiet view of woods from the back. We wanted big beds, we got them. The boys wanted to BBQ and they did. There is a one car garage and lovely sitting area with rocking chairs in the front for those late afternoon sipping cold tea as the sun goes down. When it rained we did the outlets; we chartered a boat and we fished for 8 hours; we went to the beach and slept on the sand. The sea was warm and extremely pleasant when we went.The owners were quite pleasant and prompt in their responses, requests and email communications as well as phone.The house is well equipped with everything, you just might want to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and of course your own cooking amenities- such as salt, pepper, oil etc..- to cook meals. If and when you get bored of the beach, there are 2 pools, an exercise center and everything for any age in your group. I am high on cleanliness and the house met all of my expectations. Thanks you for the bailis for this worndeful vacation week in family.
