Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed vacation, you'll find it here at our beautifully decorated home in the award-winning resort of Bear Trap Dunes. We are located in the Town of Ocean View...just 3 miles from Bethany Beach.

Traveling with kids? No need to pack much! We have lots of toys and games to keep them entertained!

Our home is strictly a No Smoking / No Pets home.

3 Bedrooms:
You won't find a cramped twin size bed at our place! All our bedrooms have large beds for maximum comfort and plenty of room to sprawl...perfect for golfers and large families. Each bedroom is equipped with a color TV with remote, DVD player, and ceiling fan. The 1st floor Master Bedroom has a King size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen and Full size bed and the other has a Queen.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
You'll find everything you need to make a gourmet meal, should you desire to cook. Kitchen table seats 6 and the counter seats 3. There is also an extra folding table and chairs, if you need them.

Family Room:
Our family room has plenty of comfortable seating with two full size sofas and a loveseat. One sofa converts to a sleeper should you need more bedding. You'll also enjoy the large color TV/DVD player and cozy gas fireplace. Feel like curling up to a good book or movie? Feel free to use one of ours during your stay.

Outdoor Living:
At the end of a busy day, enjoy the beautiful pond views in the backyard from the screened porch that leads to the deck and the grill. If you prefer, sit out on the front porch with a cold drink and watch the kids play in the large grassy area located directly across the street. Our townhouse is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac for maximum privacy and relaxation!

Miscellaneous:
Pack lightly and use our convenient washer and dryer. Linens available upon request for a nominal fee of $20. There is also a one car garage to store all your beach items, bikes, golf clubs, etc.  Our home is equipped with free Wireless Internet service...just bring your own laptop.

2013 Rental Rates:

Spring Rental Rates - 2 Night Minimum:
Apr 1 through April 30 - $159 per night + $100 cleaning fee
May 1 through May 24 - $179 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Note: Cleaning Fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.

Summer Rental Rates - Saturday to Saturday Only (cleaning fee included):
May 25 through Jun 28 - $1495
Jun 29 through Aug 23 - $1795
Aug 24 through Sept 6 - $1495

Fall/Winter Rental Rates - 2 Night Minimum:                                                                          Sept 7 through Sept 20 - $189 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Sept 21 through Oct 15 - $169 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Oct 16 through Oct 31 - $139 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Nov 1 through Mar 31 - $125 per night + $100 cleaning fee
Note: Cleaning Fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.                      

Call us for reduced rates for spring/fall/winter weekly rental.

Recreational/community pool passes and Golf fees are not included in the rental rates.

Unless confirmed, rates are subject to change without prior notice. 5% sales tax is not included in above pricing.  Signed lease agreement and refundable security deposit required.
