From your private shaded balcony you can watch the dolphins feed in the clear waters directly below you with an unobstructed gulf view. Watch schools of fish swim by, and see the boats going out for the day. There are plenty of areas for your fishing pleasure. The 2 bedroom plus Den with sleeper sofa, 2 bath unit has new (2008) kitchen appliances, new carpeting, with inside washer /dryer. There is also expanded cable and wireless internet for you. There is a security gate for your peace of mind. Our Large Gulf side pool is heated to 85 degrees with ample lounge chairs for sunning and lots of tables, chairs and umbrellas to use for playing cards and socializing. There are 2 pro-tennis courts and a long nature trail for taking walks as well as a private beach for Gulf swimming or just getting a tan.

On Site:  Playground and play equipment is there for the little ones. BBQ area with charcoal grill and picnic bench is positioned directly in front of beach and lagoon. Great on site fishing as well as a nature trail on the property.  There are two pro tennis courts and a large gulf side pool.

The Tampa airport is 40 minutes away and Disney and Sea World are only 90 minutes away. You are just moments away from many restuarants, entertainment and malls.

Close to Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Tarpon Springs, and Weeki Wachee State Park.  Great golf courses in the area as well as boat rentals, and parks and trails for hiking, biking, and birding.
