River-front, Newer, Golf, Ocean, Over 3200 sqaure feet in Seaside

This large, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, spacious newer vacation home (built in 2008) will feel like your home-away-from home at the beautiful Oregon North Coast.  

This South End Seaside home is located on the Necanicum River and is approximately 5 blocks from the beach (look at the map to gauge the distance).  It is a block away from a golf course and walking distance to a pub, a restaurant, and a very convenient market to stock-up on food and beverages for your stay.  One block a way is Cartwright Park which is a city park that has a public boat ramp, restrooms, newer playground, basketball hoop, covered picnic area, and a big field for little-ones or not-so-little-ones to run around in!

The large, fully equiped kitchen has a 5' x 7' granite island for everyone to gather around, stainless appliances, and a gas range.  The oversized master bedroom has towering valuted ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking the river view, and it's own private bathroom.  The house has a Rinnai tankless water heater that allows for showers that don't run out of hot water.  There is a moderate balcony, looking over the river with a gas BBQ.  There is a workout room that has a treadmill, elliptical, rower, and a weght machine for those that want to keep up the workout routine while on vacation.  

The house has 1 large TV in the living room and two small TVs in the master bedroom and workout room.  There are VCR players at all three and DVD players at two.  There is an XBOX 360, Wii, and a playstation availalbe as well.  We have a large library of DVDs and VCRs to add entertainment to your stay.  We have a nice collection of games and puzzles.  There is WiFi - bring your laptops and other devices.

Non High Season (NHS) = Anything that is NOT High Season

Rates:  

• Sun - Thursday HS = $195  NHS = $165
• Fri, Sat, and most holidays  HS = $245  NHS = $205
• 7 Night rate  HS = $1,365  NSH = $1,100
• Monthly (28 nights)  NHS ONLY - no holidays = $2,000
• Minimums:  In general there is a two night minimum, but if your stay contains a Friday, Saturday, or holiday, there is a three night minimum.

Exceptions and clarifications

• The night of July 4th is $300.  
•  Hood to Coast:  If you request a stay that includes August 24th - there is a 4 night minimum at $300/night = $1200. 
• Monday holidays - If the holiday is on Monday e.g. Labor, Memorial, Presidents day, etc., Suday night is considered the holiday in terms of nightly rates. 
• Thanksgiving through New Years - inquire with owner.

General notes

• There is a 9% city/state tax - not to be included in any discounting. 
• There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit - not to be included in any discounting. 
• There is an $90 cleaning fee - not to be included in any discounting. 
• Preferred method of payment is electronically from your PayPal account to ours – using a bank account or PayPal balance as the source of funding (not credit/debit card/credit line).   Other options are check or credit/debit card however Payments via credit/debit card will incur a 1.5% fee.
