Mountain Oasis in Gatlinburg

Mountain Oasis is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cabin, located in Douglas Lake Resort.  Resort amenities include a pool, clubhouse, stage area, community fire pit, walking trails and a private boat ramps and dock for easy access to the lake.
Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and direct access to a bathroom.  Additional sleeping accommodations include a sleeper sofa in the Living room and a Futon in the Loft (all linens are provided).
The Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and all of the general small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee pot, mixer).  To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we've even included a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, a selection of various hot teas and the sugar/creamer to go with them.  We try to leave the little things that everyone uses (oil, butter, condiments, etc) In the kitchen drawer there is a full color menu from Taste of Tennesee and Clint's BBQ (the best BBQ in town), both are just a short drive from the cabin.      
The Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toiletries and plush robes for your use during your stay with us (please only use the beach towels for enjoying the hot tub and pool).
The Living room is a cozy place to spend time.  Sit on the plush, comfy sofa or in the oversized chair (my personal favorite reading spot) and watch TV or enjoy a warm fire (we will provide one 4 hour log for each night of rental - Ocotber through February only).       In the Loft, you will find a full size pool table, an X-Box with many games and a Futon (for additional sleeping space).  There is a small balcony off of the loft where you can enjoy views of the larger surrounding mountains (Ober, English, LeConte, etc..).
Want to enjoy the view of the lake? Simply step out on to the deck. By day there is a spectacular view of the lake and valley below, as well as the surrounding mountains.  By night, you can enjoy the stars and the crisp mountain air while you soak in the full sized hot tub.
On the coffee table... there is a leather bound journal for guests to share their experience in the cabin with us and future guests - please feel free to take as much space as you like and tell us about your personal experience at Mountain Oasis

All Linens, Well equipped kitchen (Refrigerator with Icemaker, Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods, soaps and sanitizing sprays, convenience items), fireplace (logs provided), Queen beds in bedrooms, full size futon in loft, Queen sleeper sofa, pool table, X-Box with plenty of games, washer/dryer (detergent provided), Iron/board, Wi-Fi Internet, Dish Network Satellite TV, Central Heat and Air, Large gas grill, full sized hot tub, deck chairs, 1 Telephone (free National calls), community pool/ fir pit/ stage area/ boat ramp/ club house (club house can be scheduled for private gatherings), nice pavement throughout subdivision, paved driveway.

Nightly rate: $110 (excluding Holidays) 3 Night minimum

UT Home Game weekend rate: $140 per night (3 night minimum)

Multi Night Discounts=
    5 Nights = $500
   6 Nights = $570
   Additional Nights beyond 6 = $90 per night

Cleaning Fee = $75 per stay (not per night)
Refundable Security Deposit = $100 - Deposit will be returned after inspection of the cabin, if no damage is found.  Please allow 20 days for refund.

Exceptions to above rates are as follows:
Memorial and Independence Day stays= Multiple night discount does not apply
Thanksgiving weekend (Thanksgiving day through the following Sunday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day = Nightly rate is $120 (+cleaning and Security deposit )

Minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age (copy of valid driver's licesnse or photo ID is required at time of reservation)

*We do participate in the "Exchange"program.  So if you have a rental in an area that we would be interested in traveling to, we will consider "trading time".
** Rental dates are not guaranteed until rental agreement is signed and deposit is paid.  Required deposit is half of the total rental rate and cleaning fee.  Rental agreement will be sent to you when reservation is requested.  The remainder of the rental fee must be paid 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of your arrival date.
