When rounding the corner of the drive you will fall in love with this
exquisite Key West/Caribbean style home newly constructed and designed by the
owners themselves.  Decks, extra-large
overhangs and water surround this home on three sides with over 3000 square
foot of deck on the bay side of the home featuring a huge second story, zero
edge, elevated pool with a 24 foot wide waterfall sun/swim deck, swim up bar
complete with built in stools in the pool and stone walkways; high end patio
furniture, gas grill, granite countertop outside kitchen area with sink and
refrigerator finish off this outdoor area.  
This pool area has something for everyone: shade, sun, eating area,
boat/nature observation area, swimming and plenty of area to kick back and
relax.  Two outside docks offer excellent
deep canal and bay fishing, sunbathing or just enjoying watching the wildlife
in the water.  This home offers the best view
of the morning sunrise and view of the “moonrise” and is also situated “mid
Island”, the Islands best locations.

The kitchen
features a large elevated breakfast bar with granite countertops, several bar
stools with two antique belt driven ceiling fans.  High end appliances include top of the line
gas range with custom, natural stone backsplash, dishwasher, two beverage
coolers, granite counters, custom hardwood cabinetry, an extra-large Sub Zero
refrigerator, oven and microwave.  A
variety of native, trophy fish mounts including a 10’ hammerhead shark, antique

an intimate meal.  If your group is
larger, enjoy your meal around the large rustic table that seats eight
people.  Off the kitchen is the laundry
room where you will find new, full size front loading washer and dryer, utility
sink and folding counter.  Iron and
ironing board are also available for your use.

You will
notice the detail, nautical influence and that ‘at home’ feeling the moment you
step inside this home.  Your move in will
be eased with the use of the elevator that travels all three levels of the
home.  The large open floor plan of the
main level will impress you with its brightness and white washed ‘beachy’
furniture featuring a large dining table that seats eight plus.  Across the dining area into the living area
you will notice a huge leather sofa to lounge on while enjoying the panoramic
view of Estero Bay, as it seems to come into the great room through the
infinity edge pool, creating a feeling of the outdoors becoming part of the
indoor living space.  The living room
also features a 60” flat screen tv, DVD and blue ray disk player, Tommy Bahama
curved double ceiling fan, DVD library and cable tv.  Nautical antiques, furniture and other
maritime furnishings accentuate the feel of being surrounded by water.  A full bath (with shower) leads off the
living/dining area and offers access to the pool area, bar and decks.The kitchen

upstairs toward the bedrooms, either via the elevator or the natural seamless
stone staircase, you will enjoy the nautical features and views as you look out
each window.  Once upstairs, the master
bedroom with a king size bed has an awesome view of the bay and a private porch
(with seating and deck swing) to enjoy the scenery.  There is also a full bathroom with shower
opposite a large closet area and full length mirror.  This bedroom also features a 40” flat screen
tv with dvd/blue ray player and a high end ceiling fan.  The second large bedroom upstairs also offers
a king bed, full length mirror, large closet and entrance to the furnished porch
area.  Also, in this room there is a 40”
flat screen tv, dvd/blue ray player, gaming station and ceiling fan.  This bedroom shares a full bath with the
third bedroom which features three single beds, a large closet and even room
for a roll-away.  We also have a gaming
system and 40” flat screen and dvd/blue ray player and ceiling fan in this
bedroom as well.  The view from this
bedroom is up the canal and toward the beach…so lots of boating action to watch!!  All bathrooms in this home feature full slab
marble walk in showers, high end fixtures and granite counters and custom
cabinetry.  All linens and beach towels
are provided.  Our vacation home is
decorated professionally with all new furnishings, window treatments,
mattresses, linens, tv’s, nautical antiques and décor and much more.   Every area of this home offers a panoramic
view and the opportunity for the best vacation ever at the best beach house
around!  This home will offer you
seclusion yet allow you to be close to it all!

Time square
(downtown), lots of wonderful shopping, restaurants, local gym, grocery, recreation
center and town water pool with slides (a blast for the kids!) are only a short
distance away via car, FMB trolley or bike ride (bikes available on site).  A short walk or bike ride through the lovely
neighborhood and across the boulevard you will find Fort Myers Beach offering
miles and miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches.  If you’d rather enjoy the water first hand,
rent a speed boat, pontoon, canoe or kayak at one of the nearby marina areas
(two within ½ mile) and watch dolphins at play and manatees moving through the
water.  Beach chairs, beach towels, beach
umbrella, cooler, fishing gear, IPOD docking station and bicycles are also
available for your use.  Our guests recommend
our home to others and return often because they enjoy and appreciate the privacy,
relaxation and spectacular tropical setting our home has to offer.

Never been
to Fort Myers Beach?  Fort Myers Beach is
about a 20 minute drive from the Fort Myers Airport and city of Fort
Myers.  The San Carlos bridge is the main
bridge that takes you to Estero Island where you will find Fort Myers
Beach.  See photos of Estero Island

When you cross the San Carlos Bridge you will see the “downtown” area of
Estero Island.  Locally, this area is
called Time Square.  There is one main
road that runs through the island….Estero Boulevard.  Estero Island itself is a mere 6 miles
long.  All the homes on Williams Drive
have beach access to the right of Smugglers Cove, across the boulevard.  We are located mid Island…close to the action
but quiet and peaceful to allow you to relax and rejuvenate.

Activities
nearby or on site, include golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, boating,
swimming, cinemas, shopping, restaurants, biking, motor scooter rentals,
bicycles for your use, bird watching, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, and
kayaking.  The Everglades sightseeing
tours, Edison and Ford Museums, Lover’s Key State Park (10 minutes S), only a
short drive to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Island, close to the newly
expanded public library.  Great seafood
and roadside fresh fruit market also close by.
