Direct Ocean Front Condo! Vacation on Cherry Grove Beach in a newly renovated, ocean front condo! Enjoy an immaculate, open floor plan with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms; complete with tiled floors, all granite counter tops, 3 flat screen televisions, WIFI, nice furnishings, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Accommodations include a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Sit on the 25 foot balcony and take in views of the Atlantic ocean framed by sea oats and beach grasses. This ground floor unit is part of a three level, 18-unit ocean front building. Parking is less than 15 feet away from the front door. There are no elevators nor crowded areas, just a peaceful and private place on the beach. The ocean side 25 foot balcony opens up directly to a nice semi-private 10 foot wide boardwalk that allows for expanded area for sunbathing or corn hole games steps from the living area. The boardwalk leads to a sandy path that takes you directly to the ocean. The condo comes with a locked beach closet off of the boardwalk. Guests have access to this closet to use beach chairs or to secure their own. An outdoor shower is just 12 feet from this outdoor closet making it a breeze to clean up after a day on the beach. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool with charcoal grills steps from the front door of the condo. There is no smoking allowed inside this condo. No linens are provided- bring your own for added comfort and help keep the rental rates low.

Legends and more. Neat oceanfront amusement park 3 miles north of the condo during he summer months. Of course all the swimming and fishing you
