$200/night, Monday - Thursday nights

$275/night, Friday - Sunday nights

$750 deposit

$150 cleaning fee

50% of the payment is due with the signed rental agreement unless it's booked with a month or less advance.

The other 50% of the payment is due one month prior to the scheduled visit.

Check-out time is 11:00a.m. & check-in time is 4:00 p.m unless previously agreed upon.  (I will accommodate later departures/earlier arrivals whenever possible.)

Rates above do not apply to all other Holidays.

Rates above assume party of 6 maximum (Any combination of Adults and Children of any age).  For groups larger than 6, add $25 per person (child or adult) per night. 

Rates above do not include 5% Sullivan County "Tax on occupancy of lodging facility rooms".
