Green Leaf Cottage in Holland

Welcome to Green Leaf!  This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage home is located in Macatawa Park, just a 5 minute walk from Lake Michigan and the sandy, expansive beach.  Your vacation destination was totally renovated in 2010, and is in like-new condition.  There is an eat-in kitchen, half bath, play/family area and living room on the main floor.  Upstairs are 3 bedrooms - a queen, a double, and 2 twin beds in the third. The full bath is on the 2nd floor.  This home sleeps 6, with a fold-out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 more people, for a total of 8. There is a patio and deck in the back, with a nice yard area for the kids.

This is a fully furnished, year-round cottage home with central air.  The kitchen is fully equipped - just bring your own food.  There is cable, wi/fi, tv with dvd player, and linens and towels provided (no beach towels).  There is a patio area with grill, and parking for 2 cars at the house.  The private Macatawa Park beach on Lake Michigan is a leisurely 5 minute walk away. There are bike/walking paths 200 feet from the cottage that will take you in any direction.

Rates are as follows - June thru Labor Day, $1,900 per week. plus 6% use tax ($108) & $300 refundable security deposit. July and August are rented in weekly increments - not single days.

June thru Labor Day - $1,900 per week.

Nightly rates - $300 with a 3 night minimum May and September.

May (Tulip Time) $1,900 per week.

September thru May - $1,300 per month, plus utilities & security deposit.
