Lake Charlevoix Cottage with Private Beach Access in Charlevoix

Cozy cottage only 3 miles north of downtown Charlevoix in a  quiet lakeside neighborhood.  Only 5 minute drive to downtown Charlevoix. 15 minutes to Boyne City and Petosky.  30 minutes from Harbor Springs and 1 hour from Traverse City.

A year round destination in beautiful northern Michigan with year round activities.  Summertime in Charlevoix brings you beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, incredible sunsets, area festivals and art shows.  There are miles of trails to walk, hike and bike.  Downtown Charlevoix with  shops, restaurants, full service marina, famous "Murdicks Fudge" and "Kilwins" candy store.  Nearby Petosky and Harbor Springs have even more!

The cottage has a  cozy  master  bedroom with a queen bed, lot's of drawers and full closet.

Second bedroom has 2 twins , a flat screen TV with cable & DVD player.  Plenty of drawers and a full closet.

Open concept living space comfortably seats 10 - 12 people.

Living Room has queen size sofa sleeper for 2 more kids/adults if needed.

Dining table seats 4, kitchen counter stools for 4.

Original stone fireplace for cozy fires all year round.

Air conditioning in cottage cool down the entire cottage on those warmer summer days.

Sliding door wall goes out to deck or patio.  the back deck is a great place to enjoy all your summertime meals overlooking beautiful Lake Charlevoix.  

The large patio has dining table w/umbrella and seating for 4 plus a glider and bench arond the fire pit.  Plenty of fire wood and skewers for roasting marshmallows every day you are there.  Nearby hammock is a great place to chill out in the shade.

Side yard is large enough for badminton, soccer, volley ball, etc...

Just a 3 minute walk down to beautiful Lake Charlevoix.

Neighborhood has it's own swimming  beach only a 5 minute walk from cottage and very kid friendly. Bring the bikes and scooters to ride around the neighborhood or to race to the beach.

Plenty of parking for 3 cars plus a boat trailer.

NO RV'S ALLOWED. 

Maximum of 6 people including sofa sleeper in living room.

Check in Time: 3:00 pm

Check Out Time is 10:00 am

Weekly Rentals only June 16 - September 8, 2012.  Saturday to Saturday. 

Weekly Rentals September 8, 2012 thru December 22, 2012  only $850 per week and flexible with day's of rental check in and check out.

***Rental Price includes: towels ( except beach towels), sheets, professional cleaning upon check out and a mandatory property damage insurance fee. ***

Nightly rates before and after those dates $135.00.  3 night stay minimum.

Winter  Holiday Ski weekends $150 per night with a 3 night stay minimum.

Bring your own beach towels please.

 No Smoking, No RV's.

Consideration will be made for 1 dog on an individual basis.  Contact owner for pet policy and fee.

Weekly Rentals begining September 8, 2012 thru October 27, 2012 are only $850 per week. 

Winter Ski  Weekends are  $150 per night with a 3 night minimum.
