Lovely single family two story furnished home. Just bring your clothing and all has been provided. The home has a 2 car garage.
The views from this home are spectacular and overlook the mountains, the city of San Marcos and on a clear day you can see the Pacific Ocean at Carlsbad.

Fully furnished, including washer and dryer, access to desktop computer (includes wireless connection in the home). Dishes, linens, etc. all provided. There is a lovely patio terrace for dining with ocean view. The home is located approximately 15-20 miles from the pristene beaches at Carlsbad. San Diego is approximately 30-40 min. drive depending on the time of day.
This vacation home is located in a serene gated community with many amenities. (Read below.)
There is a large shopping mall about 10 min. drive from this home.
activities and attractions in Escondido San Diego Area
San Diego, Orange County (Disneyland is approximately 90 min. drive), Sea World, Legoland, beaches, desert, mountains, hiking. All attractions are between 30 and 90 min. from the home.
As part of the homeowner's association, you have access to a children's pool, an olympic size pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, exercise room,basketball and lighted tennis courts, to name a few!
vacation rental rates
Rate quoted is for a family of 5. Additional families may incur additional cost. Visitors are of course allowed!
Full amount is due at booking, which includes one month rent (31 days maximum). A refundable security deposit of $500.00 one time cleaning fee of $200.00 is due at the time of the guaranteed booking. Sorry, no refunds when cancellation is made less than 90 prior to the intended arrival/check-in date.
Please, no pets. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smokers may smoke only on the outside terrace. This is a non-smoking home.
