SPECIAL RATE OFFERED IN SEPTEMBER - $1200 
Condo unit also available for long term lease – call to discuss rates 
 
May 1 - December  15th: $1400 per week plus taxes, $500 refundable  
security deposit due upon reservation. A credit card authorization for this  
amount will be held until checkout  
 
December 16th-April 30: $1800 per week plus taxes with same  
security deposit as stated above. A credit card authorization for  
this amount will be held until checkout  
 
Bonus: Free weekly maid service with linen change.  
 
This property requires a notification of cancellation 1 week prior  
to arrival to avoid a penalty.
