of Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage.  
This gated guarded community has everything you come to the desert  
for.

High Definition 52inch flat screen TV in the great-room,  
Cable TV throughout the house, including HBO and HBO on Demand, DVD  
players in every bedroom, 100 DVD Movie Collection,  
soaring 12'high ceilings, huge walk-in master closet, full size  
washer and dryer, hairdryers, irons, towels, and  
all linens provided, 3 cordless phones (unlimited US calling)  
private pool and spa (kid safe gate option), barbeque area, 2 Car  
Garage.  
The entire home has High Speed wireless DSL connection, so bring  
your Laptop!  
Private tennis court walk 1 short block away from the front door (free).

Activities and Attractions

Championship Golf Courses (Pete Dye and Gary player designed) just  
two minutes to the starters window. Both courses are fee based to  
you with no restrictions. We are within the Gary Player golf course 
property. The Pete Dye course is across the street.  
Agua Caliente Casino 1 mile away, with Texas hold’em daily  
tournaments.  
Close by is “The River” with PF Changs, Borders Books,  
Cheescake Factory, Flemings Steak House, Baja Fresh, and a 10 screen  
super movie theater and of course Starbucks. Plus not to far away is  
Mortons and Ruths Chris also, weekend street market and famous El  
Paseo  
Along with Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the world's largest 
rotating tramcars, they ascend 2 1/2 miles to a pristine wilderness  
of the San Jacinto mountains. The Children’s museum is 4 minutes  
away for the kids which keeps them very busy with great educational  
activities along with “The Living Desert’ an outdoor zoo just 15  
minutes down the road, an attraction that 
showcases 12 ecosystems and houses 400 indigenous animals.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates start at: 
$2000-$3000 per week (discounts for multiple weeks) 
Utility allowances do apply 
Please add $125 for cleaning fee. 
Rent payment is required 30 days in advance of occupancy. 
A $500 security deposit payment is due at time of booking.
