Rose Lake Lodge: Beach and Ski Chalet / Central Air Conditio in Coeur d'Alene

  This 4100-square-foot, lakefront chalet is situated on 11 acres and features 180-degree lake and mountain views from nearly every room! It will accommodate up to 12 people with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on two floors, plus an 800-square-foot loft with king size bed, bunk beds and a beautiful leather sofa.
  It is the perfect location for weddings and family reunions.  I have had many of both over the last eight years.  I always get nice cards and letters from the people that have stayed here telling me what a nice time they had and how beautiful the house is.
 
  The home also features hardwood floors, a river-rock fireplace in the living room, open kitchen and dining room with water views. The cedar tongue-and-grove cathedral ceilings add a warm and cozy feel. The very large master suite has two-story-high cathedral ceilings, a private deck over looking the lake, a gas fireplace and a private jacuzzi tub in the large master bath.

  There is another large deck off of the living room with a hot tub, patio table, gas barbeque and great views of the lake. The house also has it's own private boat dock and sandy beach.
 
   Very private Rose Lake is ideal for waterskiing, wake boarding, fishing and boating. Most of the time you will have the lake to yourself. The water is very calm and ideal for all watersports.  We are now working with a local boat rental company that has two different stlyes of ski boats to offer you.  They have the best rates in the area and will deliver the boat to the house and give you a brief instruction course. They also have skis, ropes and jackets available. There is also another boat ramp less than two miles from the house that will let you access Lake Coeur d'Alene. 
    The house is also close to hiking, biking and snowmobile trails, as well as numreous area golf courses.  It is less than 15 minutes away from Silver Mountain ski resort and it's famous World's Longest Gondola. 

  Silver Mountain Resort is opening a brand new water park and wave machine for Summer 2008. Silver Mountain also offers Mountain Bike rentals for use on several of the areas bike trails.  They also have Downhill bikes for those who dare to take the Gondola to the top and decend Silver Mountain.
  Also nearby is Silverwood Theme Park, another well known area attraction for the familly and kids.
 
   This home is located less than 25 minutes from Coeur d'Alene and 55 minutes from Spokane International Airport.
   Central air conditioning was added to the home in 2007 for those extra hot summer days!
