If you are in the mood for a dip in the surf, the ocean beach is a 2 block walk. If you are not in the mood for a walk, street legal golf carts are available for rent. Virginia Beach with its restaurants, shops and museums is a 20 minute drive. The family friendly Virginia Beach boardwalk offers nightly musical entertainment in season. Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Busch Gardens are an hours drive. The surrounding area offers a variety of seasonal festivals.
