I grew up visiting North Myrtle Beach while spending summers on my grandparents' farm close by. It was wonderful and clean then and is the same today with daily beach sweeps!..The storekeepers are locals add southern charm to your experience on a daily basis. The beach is perfect for sunning, castle building and shelling. Our condo makes the experience even more perfect! It is beautifully maintained with two bedrooms which allow you to fully relax and recharge. Walking across the street and being on the beach is exhilirating! The sand holds up your umbrellas and the breeze allows reading comfortably. The surf is perfect for adults and children together. Elevator - Our unit is on the second floor. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze with easy access from the parking area.

Air Conditioning - New HVAC system installed in 2010. This ensures you will be comfortable year round. 

Washer/Dryer - New washer/dryer unit installed in 2010

Beds - 1 Queen & 2 single beds

Entertainment - VCR, CD Player, DVD Player Cable/Satellite TV (living room and one in each bedroom)

Full Kitchen - Includes new flat ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, refridferator with ice maker and all appliances necessary to cook for the duration of your stay.

Outdoor Amenities:

Balconies: One is located directly off the living room and overlooks the pool and cook-out area. The second balcony is off of the master bedroom. Wonderful for reading and relaxing!

Covered Parking - Covered parking with handicapped spaces. Mirror hangers provided for the length of your stay.

Parking For RV/Boat/Trailer - Additional parking for boat and trailer is across the street. 

Off Street Parking - Under the building parking. Arrive dry!

Charcoal BBQ Grill - Can be viewed from the livingroom balcony.
