bedroom second floor apartment in Deer Isle Village.  Perfect for a 
family or two couples vacationing together.  Walk to galleries, 
restaurants, gift shops and the ice cream store.  Comb the beach 
below the house, enjoy a dip in the Lily Pond near by and then have 
dinner at the Wale's Rib Tavern just a few doors down the street.

Add this together with the Village Apartment, a one bedroom first 
floor apartment at a special family rate and bring the folks along, 
too!

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms hosting a Queen size bed, a double bed and a single bed 
with a daybed in the livingroom. Ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms.  
All windows open with screens.  Large dining table at the picture 
window overlooking beautiful Deer Isle Bay with magnificent sunsets. 
Fully equiped kitchen with skylight, large bath with tub and shower, 
good closet space, new TV with VCR/DVD along with many movies. CD 
stereo. New towels, new pillows, fresh linens, and all the comforts 
of home in this roomy 2nd floor home. Our family has owned this 
house for over 35 years and are no longer able to spend our entire 
summer on the Island. We invite you to help make the great memories 
continue.  

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy Golf and Tennis at the Island Country Club. Deer Isle Lily 
Pond is great for swimming and beaching with small children.  
Interesting shopping and many Island restaurants from the freshest 
fried clams to organic wrap sandwiches.  The Island Operal House 
offers live theater and movies.  Local library, Sailing, Hiking, 
Kayak rentals, massage therapy all on the Island.  Haystacks School 
a great treat, children's arts programs by day and week are also 
available on the Island.  if you wish to venture back over the 
bridge, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Castine, Blue Hill are all 
less than 1 hour away.
