bathroom main house and a one bedroom/one bathroom guest house. Sandhurst is
direct bay front and offers boat dockage, pool, tennis courts with basketball
hoop, outdoor shower, poolside BBQ with ring toss game and keg cooler. Indoor
amenities include three TV's, three DVD players, two VCR's, gourmet kitchen with
stainless steel appliances, indoor/outdoor cd and stereo system, elevator, 17"
laptop with high-speed internet access, wireless printer, baby monitor, pool
monitor, high chair and three washer/dryers. Included in the seven bedrooms is a
nursery complete with crib and changing table. Guest house offers one bedroom
with King bed, daybed with trundle bed, full kitchen and outdoor shower. Beach
access is located just across the street making this the perfect getaway for
extended families. Accepts pets for a fee of $175 per pet. This home will accept
events up to 75 people with an additional $3000.00 event fee, plus a refundable
event damage deposit of $1000.
