Spend your next vacation in complete comfort in your own private, beautiful Cape Cod vacation home. Immaculate and fully furnished Contemporary Cape in a quiet residential neighborhood. The first floor offers an open floor plan for entertaining, which includes a living room, dining area, kitchen (all with hardwood floors) and a large, sunny bedroom with a full bath. Sliders from the dining room lead to a large mahogany deck (gas grill, patio furniture) overlooking a magnificent in-ground swimming pool and a lovely patio surrounding it. There is also a wonderful ''ship'' playhouse and a swing-set for the little ones and an outdoor shower. Upstairs features two bedrooms, a full bath, a family room with cable TV, games and books. The walk-in basement features one bedroom, a kitchenette, a full bath and laundry.

The home is centrally located in the Upper/Mid Cape which makes it more convenient for excursions to: many beautiful beaches, the Cape Cod Canal, Plymouth (the Mayflower, Plymouth Plantation), Boston (car, bus or train), Falmouth, Woods Hole (ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket), Barnstable and Provincetown. All destinations where you can sight-see, hike, golf, swim, bike, kayak, go on a whale watch, etc. Also, we are five minutes from Holly Ridge Golf Course in Sandwich.

3 night minimum stay required.
$2400 per week, Saturday to Saturday rental, 10am check-out, 4pm check-in.
Linens and towels can be rented upon request.
