Cottage accommodations are for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) which includes, a fully equipped kitchen, living room / bedroom, a large loft bedroom, and a beautifully landscaped yard. Turbats Creek beach is a just 5 minute walk from the cottage located at the end of the street, with a breathtaking view of Vaughn Island and the Atlantic Ocean.

3 room (bedroom, living room / bed room, kitchen, bath) cottage with a large 1 bedroom loft with a queen size bed, and two foutons sleeps 4 (2 adults, 2 children), a living room / bedroom, fully equiped kitchen (with exception of dishwasher, more reasons to go out for dinner) sorry linens are not included.

Centrally located in a very quiet and beautiful residential area of Kennebunkport in the Ocean Avenue and Turbats Creek neighborhood.

Private beach located at end of our street just a 5 minute walk for Swimming, Sunbathing, Kayaking, Fishing, Boating, and Hiking the nature trails and beaches on Vaughn Island with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Goat Island and seal colonies in the distance.
Bike along Ocean Avenue thru Dock Square and over to Kennebunk beach to experience the smell of fresh salt air and stunning views of the beautiful homes and endless Atlantic ocean.
Golf at two semi private courses 3/5 miles away.
Shopping, Restaurants & Art Galleries, center of Kport Dock Square 2.5m away featuring top shelf seafood and steak restaurants, as well as family comfortable establishments, antique shopping, specialty shops, art galleries, whale watching tours, lobster boat tours, deep sea fishing, the Trolley museum, and people watching. Visit nearby Cape Porpoise / Goat Lighthouse 5 minutes away and see lobster center of southern Maine, while sipping a cold drink at the outstanding Ramp / Pier 77 restaurant. Goose Rocks beach is 15 minutes away. The picturesqe resort town of Ogunquit with it's fine restaurants and shopping is just 25 min away. Finally, for the kids Old Orchard Beach and Amusement park (it's a blast for kids big and small) is just 35 min away to the north.
See the Bush compound, located 1.5m away, or visit one of the many first class resorts for a drink or a meal within 10/15 minutes of the cottage.
This area is honestly one of the nicest sea side locations in Maine and New England.

Summer Weekly Rates:
May 25th - June 8th $975.00
June 8th - June 22nd $1,100.00
June 22nd - September 9th $1,400.00
Weekly Rental rates are from Saturday to Saturday check in time is 3pm, checkout is 10am
Weekly Rental rates do not include Maine 7% sales tax and cleaning fee of $185.00
A $300.00 security deposit (check) is required at booking, and will be returned to renter at checkout.
