The rear unit is the 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The front unit is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both units share the rear of the property , with each having full separate access to the rear of property and access to the pool, and outdoor grilling. Typically one of the two units is vacant and rarely are both units occupied at the same time. The unit is comfortable, clean, cozy and; other amenities include: high-speed internet, 40 inch cable TV/DVD player/video games. It is located less than 7 minutes from fabulous Las Olas and River Walk (restaurants, jazz bars and nightclubs), and 7 minutes to the airport; 20 minutes from Hard Rock Casino; less than 30 minutes from South Beach.;.
