On Beach 1 Bedroom, 8th Floor in Fort Lauderdale

Private Condo located on 8th floor of Ocean Manor Bech Resort located directly on the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach.  This is a private apartment and not accociated with the hotel.  The apartment door is just 93 paces from the Beach. 

This tropical paradise apartment is located directly on the beach in an area where there is everything from grocery stores to Jazz Clubs, to World Class Restaurants.  You do not need a car.  We can arrange airport pickup.

The view from our Lanai is fantastic.  Each night one can see the famous Florida Sunset, the same one that thrills thousands each night in Key West.

Inside the property is a world class restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop, a full service beauty salon with massages available by appointment.  There is a fresh water heated swimming pool.

Next to the pool is the TIKI bar which is one of the most popular along the beach.

The beach is private with beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available.  There is a restaurant on the patio which serves breaqkfast. lunch and beverages.

Inside our deluxe apartment we have a full kithen, dinning area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and Lania. It is nearly 800 square feet in size.  Our huricane double pane windows shut out any outside noise for a quiet restful sleep.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress. The bathroom has been totall renovated with a walkin shower in place of a tub.  Bedroom furnishings are new.  There is a walk in closet.  Of course there is a Flat Screen TV for viewing from the bed.   The view from the bedroom is breath taking. 

The Living Room has a large leather sofa that makes into a queen size bed.  There is a large leather easy chair for comfortable watching of the giant HD television screen.

From living room one steps onto the lanai which contains a round table and 4 very comfortable padded chairs.

Appliances include an alarm clock, coffee maker dishwasher, Iron, Microwve,oven, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, stereo, toaster and blender.

The beach is nearly at your door.  The pool and lounging area are well kept and lounge chairs are free.  On the beach there is a charge for chairs and umbrellas.  There is live entertainment on the property some nights. 

5 minutes walk away is a Winn Dixie Supermarket sitting next to a Dunkin Donuts.  7 minutes walk away is Nick's Italian Restaurant.  I have never had a bad meal there.  Happy hour is a treat.  Dancing on weekends.  8 minutes walk away is the Greek Isle, a world class restaurant that excels in great food.  10 minutes walk away is Blue Jean Blues, one of the best Jazz venues in Fort Lauderdale.  Blue Jean Blues is on 33rd street along with several other places from French to Italian.  It is a great place to visit in the evening.

This is all for those without a car.  Having a car allows you to visit one of the many casino's in the area, go deep sea fishing, visit the everglades and widen your exploration. 

There is a very good bus and trolly system that will transport those without a vehicle to many places of interest.
