Property has two bedrooms and one bathroom,canal view terrace and
tiki place.Only the rent is for the first story of the house
Walk to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park a wildlife and coral
reef sanctuary with miles of tranquil finger channels for kayaking
and visit the best in North America exotic coral reefs just offshore
for fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling
You'll find world famous dining and shopping throughout the Florida
Keys. Casino gambling boats depart on day trips from the nearby
Holiday Inn Hotel. Or just spend alovely day at a beach barbequing
and relaxing in the shade of palm trees on one of the sandy beaches

$400.00 security deposit in order to reserve the house.Security Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to scheduled reservation. The security deposit will be returned upon inspection of the property , its furnishings and appliances.If the cleaning lady is at the promises at the time of check out,the security deposit will be refund cash.Otherwise a check will be mailed immediately to the renters. If however ,there is any damages to the property,its furnishings or appliances,the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.Check in is at 3.00 pm and check out at 11.00 am
