The bedrooms were recently renovated with new windows-paneling & light fixtures. There is a side yard area and yard area in front of cottage. Also there are patio (brick) areas on both sides of cottage - recent additions to the property.

Imagine sitting on the deck with a glass of wine enjoying outstanding views of Bully Hill, Heron Hill, Dr.Frank wineries & old Gold Seal winery across the lake. 

Location is on East side of Keuka Lake on the scenic lower east lake road (off Rt.54) and less than 6 miles to Hammondsport N.Y. There are 23 steps to cottage from the lower East Road and parking for 3-4 vehicles.
