Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for unforgetable views of the ocean and sound, 
then this is the house for you.  Watch the sun rise over the ocean 
and enjoy the spectacular sun sets on the bay in the evening.
The house faces an undeveloped strip of land that runs from 
the ocean to route 12 so the views are unobstructed.
Redecorated in April 2007 with all new furniture in the great room 
and dining room, new bedspreads and many new accessories.  Enjoy the 
cottage look with white wicker comfy sofa, love seat and chairs and 
dine at the white dining table and chairs facing the ocean. There is 
a corner nook with round table and chairs for games, puzzles or 
additional dining on the bay side. The fireplace adds to the charm on 
a cool fall evening or morning.  

The house is located in Salvo,in the Outer Banks,approximately 20 
miles south of Nags Head,N.C. It is five houses from oceanfront in a 
private community with beach access paths.  
 
Reverse floor plan. Panoramic views of sound and ocean from picture 
windows. Deck off Master bedroom.  Spiral staircase to spacious Great 
room with vaulted ceiling. 2 Dining areas. Well equipped kitchen with 
wrap a round breakfast bar.  Large upper deck with chairs/picnic 
table. Propane fireplace in living room.

Level 1: Br. with king and Master bath. CATV/VCR, br with 2 twins 
CATV, bedroom with queen, bath, laundry room.
Level 2: Living, dining, kitchen, half bath CATV/VCR, stero with 
CD,DVD player. 
     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air and heat, dishwasher, microwave,3CATV/VCR,stereo/CD, 
2 DVD/VHS players,phone,Weber charcoal grill,fish table, outside 
shower with hot/cold water. Propane fireplace in living room. Picnic 
table and deck furniture on upper deck.  Beach chairs and beach 
toys.  Books, puzzles and games. 

Alarm clocks in all bedrooms and hair dryers provided. 

Sheets and towels will be provided for a $50 fee

    

 

Activities and Attractions

Shell collecting and viewing shipwrecks,watersports, historical 
activities, fishing on beach and piers,fine and casual dining, light 
houses, beautiful wide sandy beaches,wind surfing, surf boarding, 
fishing charters, dinner cruises,various children's activities.
Ride the free ferry to Ocracoke island, home of Black Beard and wild 
ponies. Take a tour of Roanoke Island, home of the lost colony and 
visit the site of the Wrights Brothers first flight and tour the 
museum in Kitty Hawk. Visit unique little shops featuring local 
crafts and paintings by local artists. See the snow geese in November 
in the marshes or shop for bargains at the Nags Head discount Mall.
