activities, fishing on beach and piers,fine and casual dining, light
houses, beautiful wide sandy beaches,wind surfing, surf boarding,
fishing charters, dinner cruises,various children's activities.
Ride the free ferry to Ocracoke island, home of Black Beard and wild
ponies. Take a tour of Roanoke Island, home of the lost colony and
visit the site of the Wrights Brothers first flight and tour the
museum in Kitty Hawk. Visit unique little shops featuring local
crafts and paintings by local artists. See the snow geese in November
in the marshes or shop for bargains at the Nags Head discount Mall.
