This 3 bedroom, 2 bath warm, inviting non-smoking home (sleeps 6-8 people) with 180-degree unobstructed ocean, island, city views is located in the incredible sun-drenched Riviera area of Santa Barbara, California. This recently updated home provides privacy and comfort 5 minutes from downtown's star-rated restaurants, shops, night life, and world famous beaches. In addition to enjoying the views from almost every room, a spacious view deck invites you to sit back, relax and take in the 24/7 breathtaking scenery.  

Living Room: The living room, with vaulted ceiling, sleeper sofa, and chaise lounge provides unobstructed ocean views from any seat as well as flat screen TV with cable and BluRay/DVD player. Playstation 3 console is provided for gamers.

Dining Room: The dining room offers a tranquil surrounding, with unobstructed ocean views and Thomasville dining table with room for up to 8. 

Kitchen: The kitchen includes everything needed to make a home-made meal: cooking utensils, pots/pans, slow cooker, microwave, oven/range, refrigerator, dishes, etc. Located off the kitchen is a pantry and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs bedroom/bathroom: The upstairs master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, king size bed, private bath, armoire, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Bathroom includes a small closet, toilet, sink, and shower/tub.

Deck/Terrace: Located off the upstairs master suite, the spacious deck, with teak lounge set including 6 chairs, and umbrella offers perhaps the best views of all and arguably one of the best views in the world, with a sweeping panorama of Pacific Ocean, Santa Barbara harbor, and Channel Islands during the day and peaceful, twinkling city lights at night.

2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, and chest of drawers.

3rd Bedroom: King bed, closet, and chest of drawers.

All beds feature duvets with luxurious linens and plenty of pillows. Bath linens are provided.  

Strictly a non-smoking house. Dogs only (no cats allowed).
