This 950 square foot house sits in a quiet residential area. It has two average size queen rooms and a very 
small single room. It has a queen sofa in the living room. Nice backyard for a barbecue or just to relax. 

Close to the center of town and only three blocks from SUU and the Shakespeare festival. Less than an hour 
from Zion National Park and Brian Head Ski Resort. About 70 minutes to Bryce Canyon.
