This LUXURY property is an OCEAN FRONT Duplex located in Kure Beach. Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; Sea Dream is capable of comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. This property has received a complete "face lift" (winter of 2012) and has been completely remodeled and outfitted with brand new, upgraded furniture. This property shares a pool with A Great Escape (rent both sides for a total of 10 bedrooms, sleeping 30). Other amenities include an enclosed outside shower, private elevator, WiFi, custom wood flooring, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, 2 ocean front decks, grill, washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary linens with each rental and more!!

Upon entering this magnificent home, you will find that there is a bedroom with a private bath on the ground floor level. This bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the room also offers cable TV. The ground floor level also offers access to the garage. The homes` laundry is also on the ground level, housing a sink and full size washer and dryer.

You may choose to use the homes private elevator or the stairway to enter the main living area. Here you will find the living room/kitchen/dining combination. The living room offers very comfortable seating (pictured) and a flat screen cable TV. You can also enjoy the ocean front balcony, which is located just off the living area. Next to the living area is the dining portion of the home, perfect for large family meals. Adjacent the dining area is the full service kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen offers an open floor plan, perfect for large gatherings. In addition, this floor offers a full bath as well as a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed.

The third floor is equipped with the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The ocean front master bedroom offers a private ocean front balcony, private master bath (with stand up shower), a king size bed and a flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. And the third bedroom offers a king size bed as well as a full/twin combination bunk bed and flat screen cable TV.

Terms of Payment 
For reservations made more than 30 days prior to check in, we accept cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, money orders or credit cards as payment. For reservations with a check in date within 30 days or less we require payment in full by MasterCard or Visa, or overnight Certified Funds. All credit card transactions may be subject to a service fee. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. All prices are subject to a 7% NC (North Carolina) Sales Tax. A 6% New Hanover County Room Occupancy Tax is assessed on each reservation as well.
