Located in the premiere Kure Beach community of Sea Watch, this 7br/6ba oceanfront home offers 3 levels of luxurious oceanfront living. With amenities such as community pool, tennis courts, playground, elevator, expansive deck space, ocean front screen porch, double garage, beach equipment, outdoor shower, private beach access, gas grill, 2 living room/den areas, large bedrooms, fantastic views and much more!! No need to pack linens, they are included with each rental.

Turtle Time is capable of comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. The ground floor of this home offers a living area with kitchen, dinner table, full bath and a bedroom (queen size bed). The couch in the living area opens as a sleeper sofa. Take the stairs or the private elevator to the next level which offers 2 additional bedrooms as well as the living room/dining/kitchen combination. The large living area is equipped with a flat screen color cable TV and DVD player. The large dining room table is positioned so that it overlooks the ocean. And the kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is capable of meeting all of your meal preparation needs. Beside the kitchen is the laundry area which is equipped with full size, front end load washing machine and dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level: one master bedroom with a master bath and king size bed, this is a very large bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. There is an additional bath on this level as well.

On the 3rd level you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The "bunk room" is great for the young guests. This room offers a bunk bed as well as a twin/trundle combo. This room is equipped with a TV/DVD combo. The second bedroom is a twin/trundle combination and this room shares a full bath with the "bunk bed room". The 2 additional bedrooms are the oceanfront master bedrooms!! The south side oceanfront room offers a queen size bed, color cable TV and a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. You will also have access to a private balcony, great for watching the early morning sun rise over the ocean. The second master offers a king size bed, private bath, color cable TV and this room also offers access to the private oceanfront balcony.

For reservations made more than 30 days prior to check in, we accept cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, money orders or credit cards as payment. For reservations with a check in date within 30 days or less we require payment in full by MasterCard or Visa, or overnight Certified Funds. All credit card transactions may be subject to a service fee. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. All prices are subject to a 7% NC (North Carolina) Sales Tax. A 6% New Hanover County Room Occupancy Tax is assessed on each reservation as well.
