Hilton Head Condo, beach and tennis in Hilton Head Island

This listing is for a two bedroom condo in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.  It is located in Admirals Row, which is the buidling that is closest to the beach and the most private one. This condo is on the second floor and it has an Ocean View with a large deck.  It is not Ocean Front - but the view is beautiful. 

There is a full sized kitchen so if you decide not to eat out you can prepare all of your own meals in the condo.  There is a table with plenty of room to spread out - or have people over for dinner.  The condo also has a nice sized living room, with a couch, table and TV.

There are two bedrooms.  One has twin beds in it the other one has one large bed.  There are two bathrooms.  One is located in the master bedroom and the other one is in the condo between the living room and the bedrooms.

There are two pools on the property.  A smaller pool is just steps away from the Admirals Row Building.  The larger community pool is just a quick walk away.  Both locations have chairs for your use. In the summer there are many program available for children at the bigger pool.  That is also where the shuffel boards are located.

There is a work out facility on premises also. That is located by the tennis courts. If you want to reserve a court you should stop in there during the day. It is also where you can get balls or the shuffle board equipment.  You can always call the resorts front office when you get there and they will help you with finding everything as well. 

There are vendors that rent bikes at the top of the property. There are also vendors who rent water/beach related actitvies on the actual beach.  There are numerous areas to explore on and off the island.  If you are looking to do something specific - just ask and I will find out the information for you. 

Besides Hilton Head Island and everything that is there to do - remember you can take day trips to Savannah, Tybee Beach, and Charleston! 

Please note that all rentals will be charged an 11% rental fee - as per South Carolina.

High Season:

May, June, July and August = $1,000 a week

Mid Season/Fall:

September, October, November = $800 a week

Off Seaon:

December, January, February, March and April = $700 a week or $1,300 a week
