A charming beach cottage in lovely South Mission Beach is available for your summer beach vacation.  It is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need.  Both bedrooms have queen size beds.  The property is located on miles of bike trails around Mision Bay and approximately 100 yards to the ocean on the west and 100 yards to the bay on the east.   Most major San Diego attractions are within a short drive  -- Seaworld, SD Zoo, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, downtown airport.  There are two off street parking places and a large patio with outdoor table, chairs, lounge chairs -- lots of outdoor space secure and fenced with a tropical feel. 

A surf board for the ocean and a stand up paddle board for the bay are provided along with 2 kayaks, 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, various sand toys for children.  Cable TV and internet access.

Where to begin?   Swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling on the bay or ocean, kayaking, bike riding, roller blading, volleyball, basketball, skateboarding, sand digging, strolling the shore, or, none of the above:  reading, sunning/tanning, eating, touring Balboa Park, seeng Hillcrest, dinner in the Gaslamp, enjoying great weather.....it's a great atmosphere to do almost any activities in.

Many attractions to see including our famous Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park and Space Museum, great golf courses -- all a short drive.  Also, within walking distance is a local favorite, Belmont Park with interesting rides and entertainment including a historic Roller Coaster.  Come and see it all yourself!

During peak periods, the higher rate will apply.  Minimum rental period during peak season is 7 days.
