This beautiful cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 queen &
1 full size) suitable for up to 2 adults & 1 or 2 smaller children. Fully
applianced kitchen (all cooking and eating utensils included) with cathedral
ceilings and skylight, washer/dryer, 1 bath w/shower plus outside hot shower at
spacious back deck, private back yard, front porch, Wi-Fi high speed ready, and flat screen TV with DVD.
It’s just a 3 minute walk to public access shore for swimming or small boat / kayak
launch. Golf course is 5 minutes down the road. Quiet and private neighborhood,
about a 10 minute bicycle ride to town center, plenty of off street parking.
Located at East Shore Rd. and Decatur Ave. Very quick access to Newport Bridge
and Rt 138 west to Narragansett. Jamestown's a great place for bicycle riding,
boating,beaching, walking, fishing or doing nothing.
An easy 10 minute ride to Newport over the bridge for a day in the city by the
sea or take the passenger ferry (bring your bicycle) to Newport. The ferry
makes stops at Fort Adams, Goat Island and downtown Newport.
A 20 minute drive to the Kingston Amtrak
station or Greene Airport. This isn't rustic, some may say it's quaint or cozy,
but I call it a small, simply beautiful island cottage that can make your
summer a truly enjoyable one to remember. Bring your bicycles, kayak,
surfboards /windsurfers, golf clubs, books, or yard games. We have the grill
and deck furniture. This is a non-smoking property
