PLEASE use the calendar when making inquiry. It is up to date with the reservations that I have received an actual deposit on. NO More than 6 people.
Large 1 bedroom house with 1 and 1/2 baths, quiet section of town. Clean, modern, updated, cathedral ceilings, skylites, front porch. Sleeps 6. 1 Queen, 1 daybed converts to 2 twins or one king. Full pull out sofa. This is a non-smoking home and an agreement must be signed regarding smoking. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE WITH MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE.
Walk to everything.
- Minumum 1 week rental or 3 nights for holiday weekends.
- Short notice rentals for open nights less than a week maybe available. 2 night minimum. Please use calendar to see if nights are open.
Rates will be higher for groups and under 25 yr old renters.

vacation rental rates
- Weekly Rentals $1,300.
- Holiday weekends and advance reservation per night $275.Minimum holiday weekend 3 nights and advance reserved weekend 2 nights.
- When available(short notice only) nightly rental will be $200(non holiday weekends and mid-week)2 night minimum.
- Monthly $4,000. Can be any 4 weeks.( example 2 in July 2 in August)Does not need to be consecutive.
- Security Depost required $500 refundable when property is left in the same condition as when it was rented.
- Minimum rental 1 week in season. Off season minimum 2 nights.
Rates or security will be higher for groups or under 25 yr old renters. If you are willing to leave a higher refundable security then rates will be as posted.
groups and under 25 renters: $1,300 for rental and $1,000 for security. If you trust your party to not damage the propery then you will save when the security is returned.
