Upscale beach house in Corneille Estates, Fire Island (next to Ocean
Beach). This is a beautiful, modern house 150 yards from the beach
and a short walk to the town of Ocean Beach. The house features
central air conditioning and heat which allows maximum comfort
whenever you choose to rent. There are great views from the deck,
with meticulous landscaping of the gardens which surround the
house. The house has five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as
well as an outdoor shower. The four bedrooms on the ground floor
have wall-to-wall carpeting; the halls and bathrooms have new slate
floors. The upstairs is an open design, featuring hardwood floors,
modern kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining area table, a second
bar, living area with satellite tv, and a large deck with furniture
and a large stainless steel grill.

NOTE: We rent to families and mature groups only (over age 26).

MIDWEEK RENTALS  (Monday - Friday).  THE ONLY WEEKEND AVAILABLE IS AUGUST 26-28 - $3100.

Midweek rentals ONLY - HOWEVER -we are renting ONE weekend - Aug. 26-28 - $3100.  Email us if interested.

Midweeks (Monday- Friday)  There is also a $500 refundable security deposit (not included in rates below).  Max 10 - 12 people in house.

May, June, Sept. midweeks - $1900 
July – August midweeks - $3000
