Vacation Rental Description

The Manor is a 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom luxurious private resort, 
nestled at the edge of the woods, 
totally secluded in its own world and yet only 10 miles from 
Downtown Nashville, 
2 miles from a major mall and all your favorite restaurants and 
local entertainment venues.
The Manor is a relaxing, romantic and fun, a place that the whole 
family will enjoy. 
Some of the features that you will enjoy at The Manor is your very 
own Private Inground Pool, 
50'x 25' Diving Board and slide, great for those long hot Tennessee 
days and warm summer nights
(Pool is open depending on weather, usual season is May-November) 
For the colder nights you can enjoy the sunken health spa on the 
fully screened back porch 
over looking the swimming pool. All this is secluded for your 
enjoyment. Also has a basketball hoop.
The huge great room has a rock, floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace 
Vaulted wood beam ceilings, a 62" Big screen TV, DVD player, 
VHS and Surround Sound. Floor to ceiling windows offer a beautiful
backdrop overlooking the grounds, from this room you can 
look out and watch the deer run through the grounds or go 
out onto the rocking chair porch and enjoy the garden, 
a beautiful place to watch the sun come up in the mornings. 
A large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make the 
perfect meal, formal dining room and kitchen diner. 
Beautiful rock Koi pond with large friendy Koi you will enjoy feeding.
The manor is a great place for a large groups, everyone will have a 
private area to retreat to at the end of the day.
The spacious master suite is on the main floor and has a beautiful King size bed. 
Second bedroom on the main floor is a Queen room with a full en-suite bath. 
A private shower/tub bathroom that also leads directly to the back porch, 
swimming pool and spa.
The third bedroom on the lower floor has a mirror ceiling, queen 
size bed and half bathroom. 
The fourth bedroom in the main house is upstairs and is an attic room 
with a queen & twin bed. 
Each room has its own Tv and DVD and stereo system. 
The fifth bedroom can be found in the guesthouse. It is a full 
suite/apartment with its own private living quarters, the living room 
has two queen futons for extra beds and a fully equipped kitchen and 
full bathroom. The room downstairs from the apartment is equipped 
with some excersize equipment.
With so much to do, you won't want to leave.
