Wonderful family memories are waiting to be made at this welcoming, 4 BR, air conditioned cottage. You can enjoy family-friendly Ridgevale Beach, access the bike path, and the quaint village of Chatham The cottage is on a half acre with space to run and play, relax on a hammock near the garden, and watch the sunset through the pines. There is a new outdoor shower - a Cape tradition and a great way to experience the Chatham breezes.
The entire cottage has been updated for easy and comfortable use. Ridgevale Beach faces Nantucket Sound with a quiet inlet that allows families with small children to enjoy the sun and water. Chatham offers many wonderful activities - Friday evening band concerts in the summer, biking, baseball, golf, fishing, shopping, and excellent restaurants.

Ridgevale Beach, a very child friendly beach, is .5 miles away. Chatham shopping and the lighthouse are 1-3 miles away. Friday nights in the summer bring the very quaint band concert. Great food and shopping on and around main street. Classic library with updated services available. Harbor boat tours to see the seals and Chatham's waters close by.
vacation rental rates
Summer rentals from June 30 - September 1, 2012 are a minimum of 7 days (Saturday, 3PM to Saturday at 10 AM) at $1800 per week. $100 discount if 2 weeks are booked. Off season stays, minimum of 3 nights, $225 night. Cleaning fee of $120 in addition to rent. $500 deposit upon booking, returned shortly after successful rental.
