The welcoming courtyard leads you into the main living level with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an ice maker, separate grill, and full sized washer and dryer. Plenty of room at the large dining table as well as a breakfast bar. The first ensuite master bedroom has king size bed, walk-in closet and dressing area. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the heated pool and bay with a convenient bath with tub.

The second level is a large family room with a wet bar, refrigerator, TV, card table, and its own balcony with a view of the bay. This room includes a queen size sofa bed.

The piece de resistance is the third level master suite with a California king size bed, sitting area with TV, a jetted tub with it private window overlooking the bay, large shower, dressing table, and walk-in closet. It also has it own private balcony. Sit and ponder all the good things in life.

Lighted pool area with automatic mosquito control for all day and evening enjoyment. New bait freezer conventiently located near dock and fish cleaning table. Have seen large gray and mangrove snappers by dock!

**LOVE FISHING**

Enjoy catching yellow tail, red snapper or grouper. Cast –offshore for sport fishing in
the Gulf Stream for marlin, sailfish, black-fin tuna, mahi-mahi, and many more
ocean treasures. BACKCOUNTRY—catch speckled trout or tarpon, bone or redfish.

**LOVE SNORKELING OR DIVING**

Living reefs and sunken wrecks are easily enjoyed by everyone and not
far away—in 3-15 feet. of water. Enjoy colorful tropical fish, coral rock
formations, and sea fans. Certified divers will enjoy the drop-off just five
miles out, where the 20-30 foot reefs transition to 60+ feet, and sea life
changes.

This home is in the middle of the Florida Keys, just 52 miles from Key West. It also has a private airport. Marathon offers varied restaurant, deep water fishing, snorkling, scuba diving, parks, and beaches. A must do is to drive over the 7 mile bridge and explore Bahia Honda Florida State Park and swim in the beautiful waters of the Keys.

Key West has an international airport. Can't miss the Key West scene with the Hemingway House, Audubon House, Mallory Square for sunsets, and a whole bunch of fun!
