4 bedroom 2 full bath condo located just 1 1/2 blocks off beach.This unit is a top floor unit,which gives you great views to the boards and ocean. Located on a one way street. Condo is newer and only 5 years old.  Freshly painted and decorated in beach themes. New carpet installed in 2012. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.We are located  2 streets off the North Wildwood border and 2 blocks from the waterpark. Leave your cars behind and walk to the attractions on the boards.Parking for 2 in garage and 1 in driveway. Garage will fit 1 large SUV,and a small compact or 2 mid size cars. Our condo assoc only rents to families, or over the age of 24. The building only consists of 6 units and is well maintained by the association. We are a family oriented association. 

Walk up to the beach via the Waterpark. There is a walkway at the end of the park which puts you on the beach. It even has shower heads to rinse off after a day at the beach. The waterpark also has public restrooms for added convienence. This alleviates the long walk with all your beach belongings in the sand.

This condo is perfect for 2 families to share the week with. It will sleep 10 and up to 12 with the sleeper sofa. One bedroom has a full over full bunkbed for the kids. You will not be dissapointed with this condo or your weeks stay. There is so much to do and see in the Wildwood area.

No need to bring the pack and play, highchair, stroller or a beach umbrella.They are available upon request. Less to pack for the trip to the shore.

This is a quiet neighborhood.  There are no motels, hotels, or businesses to disturb you.  You are far enough away from the lights and the crowds and the noise, and only  one short block from the beach and the boardwalk.

Bedroom 3-Full over Full Bunkbeds (WT limit is 180 lbs) comforters,shams. TV, DVD, Floor oscillating fan, large amoire, wall clock.

Bedroom 4-Queen bed,comforter,shams,blanket, long dresser, mirror, night stand, wall clock

Living room- 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player,  love seat, sofa with sleeper, coffee table, end table, wicker storage with games, books and puzzles.Cable , internet, bring you own playstation and xbox for those rainy days just in case. Information book on area events, concerts, restaurants etc. Landline phone for local calls.

Kitchen -Service for12 dishes,cups,eating,utensils.Varoius size cooking utensils,pots,pans, bowls,platters,wine glasses, hand blender, coffee maker,toaster oven, toaster, blender, cookie sheets, lasagna pans, electric wine chiller and electric wine opener.

Dining area- Tile top table and 6 chairs, with the addition of a folding table and 4 chairs.

Deck- With patio furniture.

Bathrooms- one in hall and the other in master bedroom . both have shower/tub combo's
