The apartment is 1100 sq. ft. of space and beautiful landscaped view of treeline Washington Avenue.

Ideally located for all. The apartment is a short walk to the main street of cafes and restaurants, DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous, Barclays Sport Center, Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music & Dance Center Mark Morris. Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one block from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few blocks away and you can play tennis, go for a walk or people watching. We are located in downtown Brooklyn, where you can access the subway station a block away. We are also located very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and 15 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill are historically amazing areas. The surrounding area is also historic districts and boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in the city.
