One bedroom has a quee size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a double sleeper futon. The townhouse also offers an inviting backyard. The upper level has a traditional townhouse elegant parlor floor with high ceilings, marble historic mantle in the living room, and the open kitchen and dining room. The living room also has a double sleeper futon sleeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking necessities. The bathrooms are very modern with Jacuzzi bath in the main bathroom and the second bathroom full bathroom has a bath tub and shower. This townhouse also has washer/dryer in the basement.

A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music & Mark Morris Dance Center. The Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one street from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few streets away and you can play tennis, take a stroll, or people watch. We are located in Downtown Brooklyn where you can access the metro station one street away. We are also located very close to the the Brooklyn Bridge and 15 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill areas are historically amazing. The surrounding neighborhood is also historic areas and boasts some of the finest architecture of the city.
