This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Westwinds building at the Sandestin Resort. Westwinds is the premier rental building on Sandestin with a Gulf front location and amazing views of both the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach. This unit has had extensive remodeling to the flooring, counters, kitchen and fixtures and you will find that it is in much better condition than most of the units in the building.

Summer months, we rent Saturday to saturday only, unless we are within a week from arrival date and have openings. 

Westwinds has a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, kiddie pool, poolside tiki bar and fitness center, meeting space, waterfall and covered parking. Westwinds on the Sandestin Resort is centrally located less than 10 minutes from the outlet mall, nine different golf courses, including Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay, Kelly Plantation and the resort courses at Sandestin, and about a hundred awesome restaurants
