Our home is newly remodeled with high-end finishes and Thermador and Viking appliances. It has two large decks with panoramic lake views. This is the perfect house for family(s) that appreciates fine architecture and a luxury rental experience. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and the location is arguably one of the most beautiful in Lake Tahoe within minutes distance to DL Bliss State Park, Emerald Bay and Rubicon HOA Beach. The home has its own private buoy so bring your personal boat for the summer.

The large open great room has multiple dining areas, a cozy reading area with a fabulous view of the lake and an entertainment area that includes a 55' flat screen TV. There is also a brand new stand alone gas stove.

The kitchen is a fully stocked chef's kitchen, granite countertops, wine fridge, and stainless appliances (including a 6 burner Thermadore range). Two large decks with glass railings ensure the majestic views of Lake Tahoe.

The bedrooms are spacious and include new quality mattress, 1000 count bamboo linens, and high quality down comforters. A huge downstairs bedroom, aka 'the bunker', has 2 bunk beds with one full size bed below and sleeps 5 comfortably. Also provided are beach chairs, towels, pack-n-play, and a wireless internet connection. There is free access to majestic homeowner's beach, one of the most beautiful on the lake, with white sand, pier and volleyball courts and buoy access. Other amenities include gas BBQ and patio furniture.

WINTER SEASON: During the winter months the West Shore is the locals best kept secret to avoid traffic jams and someone stealing your powder lines. Homewood Ski Resort, located 7.5 miles away, is one of the few resorts you can find powder after lunch on a snow day, and enjoy great views of the lake. We love the local feel and secret stashes of powder found at Homewood. Just 11.5 miles away, Sunnyside offers a 10 minute shuttle ride to the Sherwood Chair at world-renowned Alpine Meadows (now, the same owner as Squaw Valley with shuttles between the resorts). You can buy your lift ticket on the shuttle and finish your day with après ski activities at Sunnyside vs. battling traffic out of the Squaw/Alpine parking lots. For those looking for cross country, Sugar Pine State Park (home of the 1960 Olympics for cross country events) is just 4 miles away. You can also enjoy one of the many snowshoe trails, snowmobile tours, sledding as close as our backyard, ice-skating, and even dog-sledding.
